Darren Hoffmann, PhD is an Associate Professor and Vice Chair for Education at the University of Iowa Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology. He teaches anatomy, embryology, cell and molecular biology to MD, PhD, and Master of Clinical Anatomy students. His research is in anatomy education and graduate student development. Darren is a member of the Center for the Integration of Research Teaching and Learning (CIRTL) and chairs the Cross-Network Operations Group, which produces online teaching development programming for graduate students across the US and Canada.
